How Does "Region 18" Sound?

Like the healthy young man who discovered that someone else had already made his funeral arrangements, we get an eerie feeling about how school consolidation is shaping up.

Here's another "possible plan," released by the State yesterday. The Commissioner says " This is one possibility." She says it's "a catalyst for conversation.'"

From this side, it sure doesn't feel like a conversation! Wonder when the locals will tell us what they've been conversing about? Wonder when we get brought in on the conversation? Or is there any local conversation?
