Property Acquisition Costs

These are the costs associated with the acquisition of property for the proposed new school site on the Fern Road, as presented at the Informational Meeting on Thursday, July 20. The State pays a figure that is an average of two appraisals, modified by a factor related to the projected population of the new school. The locals pay the difference between that number and the price agreed upon with the sellers.
