"One Hand Clapping"*

Well, it looks like we're coming down to the shank end of things.

A look at the newschoolproject.info meetings page (here) tells us that for most committees, their next meeting is "TBA [to be announced]." Can they have wrapped things up? Maybe so.

By that interpretation, then, just a couple of questions remain -- disposition of District property and the pre-K business; these are the only meetings that remain. Just a little mopping-up and everything's done!

Oh, and public relations! After a long silence, if you do finally say something, it's especially important to say it well!

*Perhaps the best-known of the zen koans, or thought-riddles: "What is the sound of one hand clapping?" You can read one person's approach to this puzzle here. My use of the phrase is intended to signify silence, or nothingness, in short, the utter lack of information coming out of the multitude of committees and their meetings.
