"Additional Meetings Will Be Scheduled As The Need Arises"

The calendar of Board meetings (full Board and Board committees) is here. At that page you'll see the phrase "Additional Meetings Will Be Scheduled As The Need Arises."

Last night there looked to be a Board meeting at the Superintendent's Office. But it doesn't show here, or here, or here (p. 4).

I'm sure it was needed, but isn't there an obligation to inform the public?

But I guess it's none of our business!
