- The concept plan is being adjusted as the architects negotiate with the State.
- Blatt feels that the State DOE people are close to signing off on the concept.
- It then goes to the State Board. Before it goes to the State Board, there must be another Straw Vote.
- After approval by the State Board, then it goes to referendum, a minimum of 30 days after the State DOE concept approval.
