Internal Memo: A Glimpse of an Alternate Universe

From an internal MSAD 46 communication:

The SAD #46 Reorganization Committee has met 5 times so far
Twice with SAD#64
Twice with the big RSU #18
Once by ourselves to get a sense of the committee members
We intend to meet with SAD#4 et. al. soon.

All meetings are open to the public.
The next meeting with SAD#64 is scheduled for 6:30 on Oct. 30th at Central HS
The next meeting with RSU #18 is scheduled for 6:30 on Nov. 1st at SeDoMoCha, but I'm not sure yet whether we will attend.

The consensus of the group at present is that a merger with either of the two smaller partners is probably preferable to a merger with the large group (which covers a swath of territory the size of Delaware)
Each of us will have our own favorite parts of this communication. (We've posted the full text here.)

Some will appreciate the unique punctuation. Others will like the crafty persuasiveness of the "Delaware" argument.

I vote for "All meetings are open to the public". Nice touch that, when there's no attempt to let the public know about the meetings!

What's your fave?

Nice tactic! Attack the author of the memo, Peter Devine, the most honest, trustworthy and caring individual in SAD#46 with your sarcasm. We all know how much smarter you are than the little people. Once again, you choose to be part of the problem instead of being part of the solution. No surprise to those of us who care about SAD#46. While we are at it, do you actually have any proof that someone "backdated" their resume, or is it just another peice of speculative/yellow journalism on your part? Inquiring minds want to know.

Hey A.! The only person attacking anyone is you.

It's true that I think the author of the memo might have been more careful in his mode and manner of expression, but that's just... critical thinking!

I certainly didn't impugn anyone's honesty or integrity.

Your outrage must have some source other than my posting.

Have you been drinking sour milk for breakfast?
