Added 6/14:

In Dexter, the vote to appropriate $259,505 for administrative expenses was 189-102 and in Garland the vote was 54- 46. Ripley voted 37-19 and Exeter 68-27.

For the appropriation of $43,968 for the board of directors' expenses, the votes were 184-107 in Dexter; 54-46 in Garland; 37- 20 in Ripley and 60-35 in Exeter. Most of the other funding articles were approved by a large majority.
