"TBA"
"To be announced" are the words behind an ordinary everyday abbreviation.
They mean that the specifics, the information in question, will be supplied soon.
Those who might wish to follow the workings of the new school project have found that little abbreviation to be essentially meaningless, as at the New School Sub-Committee Meeting Schedule page -- here -- "TBA" seems to signify "Too Bad All!" (We note that the page was last modified March 6!)
Here's a couple of documents I happened upon last week; first the agenda for last week's meeting of the Facilities Committee, then the minutes for a meeting that occurred in April. You'll note that both are generated in Portland. Whatever happened to "Buy Local"?
