Included are some reports on school consolidation experiences in other states, alternative legislation (though John Nutting's proposed reworking of the EPS formula isn't here -- I'll post it as an update here when I locate it), and critiques from some of the statewide organizations and interests.
Included as well is a good deal of the news coverage of reaction to the Baldacci plan.
