High School News!

Here's what we've heard:

Ms. Emerson will be our new assistant principal, Mrs. Lightbody will be taking over the art position, and Mrs. Fournier will be our new Chorus Instructor. Mr. Doore has accepted a position at Cony High School and we are currently looking for his replacement. We are also looking to fill the Athletic Director position.

Sandra Emerson has worked in SAD 4 (Guilford) where she began as the PCHS Wellness teacher in September 2000. She was named Assistant Principal at PCHS in November 2003 (by Kevin Jordan).

We've heard a name for the AD position, from a reliable source, but we'd rather wait 'til it's public.

All these will presumably be voted on at the Board's August 22 meeting.

Oh, and here at Voters, I'll be staying on in the Mel position, while Mr. Jette will continue in the Art part!
