SAD #46 Taxpayers Foot Over $1.4 Million/Acre Land Payment!

SAD #46 will be quietly finalizing the purchases of the Fern, Zabel and McKenney properties today, if all goes according to plan.

At over $1.4 million per acre, the .003 acre(152 square feet) McKenney parcel might have created fireworks of its own!
