Eager!! ... Perhaps Too Eager??

Here's the Notice of the Public Hearing referred to here recently.

We haven't yet got a copy of the Warrant (the "Warrant to Call a School Construction Referendum"), but we've seen it, and Article 2 -- reproduced here as part of the "Notice" -- is the meat of it.
You might look for the warrant here or here -- but you might not find it!

Actually, as of this writing (Tuesday), there's not a single word about it on District sites, though this action was taken a week ago.

There's in fact not one mention of the February 14 meeting. I suppose this makes it a ... (psst!) S-E-C-R-E-T!!

(Update 2/26: The agenda for this meeting was posted today.)

"... check back often as we will be adding more content as soon as it becomes available."

The District didn't wait for the outcome of the State Board Meeting to go ahead with issuing the warrant; undoubtedly legal counsel informed them that it wasn't necessary to have the Concept Approval Certificate from the State Board before proceeding.

Still, sometimes one can be just way too eager, if you know what I mean!!
